The mission of the Biodiversity Institute is to foster the understanding, appreciation and conservation of biological diversity through innovative research, education, and outreach, and by engaging a broad audience in the scientific process.


 

Lodging

We have arranged special rates for Conference attendees at two hotels in Cody: Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn. Both hotels will hold 20 rooms until November 10. After November 10 the rates will still apply, but you will be competing with non-conference visitors to reserve a room. The rates are:

  • Holiday Inn         $99 per room (1-4 persons), breakfast is NOT included.
  • Comfort Inn        $104 per room (1-4 persons), continental breakfast included.

These rates do not include 9% tax.

You are responsible for making your hotel reservations. You must call the hotel in Cody, as the rates are not available through either hotel’s national brand toll free number or website. Both hotels require a deposit equal to one night’s stay, and have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Check-in at or after 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
